International Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Pretty Shimmering Things offers international shipping to select countries. By placing an order for international delivery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. We encourage you to review them before placing an international order.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier service. While we provide estimated delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to customs processing, international transit delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

  • Customs regulations differ from country to country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs authority before placing an order.

  • If an order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges, no refund or Store Credit will be issued for the product or shipping costs.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted international courier services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking availability and updates may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

  • Delays resulting from customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Pretty Shimmering Things cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

    • Your order number

    • A complete unboxing video showing the shipping label and package opening

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement product or Store Credit, subject to approval.

6. Restricted Products & Shipping Limitations

  • Certain countries may impose restrictions on importing jewellery or related products.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the import regulations of their destination country.

  • If an order is returned because of import restrictions, prohibited items, or customs refusal, we will refund only the product value where applicable. Shipping charges and any customs-related expenses are non-refundable.

  • We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain restricted regions.

7. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Once an international order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the shipping process.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits

  • International orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except where an incorrect or damaged item has been received.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of successful delivery and must include:

    • Order number

    • A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  • After inspection and approval, we may offer:

    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

    • Store Credit.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds on international orders except where required by applicable law.
