30-Day Returns & Exchanges (US, UK, Canada & Australia)

Love it or send it back. If your piece isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. This includes sale items.

• How: email hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

• Condition: items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags.

• Return shipping: paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

• Refunds: issued to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

• Exchanges: swap for a different style, subject to availability.
