We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia from our fulfilment centre and work with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other major couriers to get your order to you safely and on time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates
begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will
receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your
order has been dispatched.
During sale periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business
days. We appreciate your patience.
TRACKED SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with full tracking. Use the tracking number in your
dispatch confirmation to follow your order in real time.
DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties and
taxes are prepaid by us — there are no surprise charges on delivery.
For orders shipped to the UK, Canada and Australia, customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are
the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are determined
by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's
import thresholds before ordering.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are
unable to offer a refund on the original shipping cost.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We
are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Pretty
Shimmering Things cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an
incorrectly entered address.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please
allow a few additional business days as international shipments can
occasionally be delayed by customs. If your order is significantly delayed
or appears lost, contact us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com and we
will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
