Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Pretty Shimmering Things piece is quality-checked before it leaves 
us. We take great pride in getting your order right, and we want you to 
love what you receive.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order at no charge, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, email us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com within 24–48 hours of placing your order with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our returns section below.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please contact us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by us.

RETURNS — US, UK, CANADA & AUSTRALIA

Customers in all the countries we ship to (United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia) can return their order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. UK customers also keep their statutory rights under UK consumer law.

To return an item, notify us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and intent to return. 

Items must be:
  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Shipped back within 14 days of notifying us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

We encourage you to review product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our team is happy to answer any questions before you buy — simply reach out at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com before placing your order.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount can be returned within 30 days of delivery, like any other order. This does not affect your statutory rights in the UK.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
