Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping — $9.99 (free on orders $50 and above, after discount)
Express Shipping — $14.99 (US, CA, AU) / $16.99 (UK)
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying orders — no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days (US & UK), 7–10 (Australia), 8–12 (Canada)
Express Shipping: 4–8 business days (US), 4–7 (UK, Canada & Australia)
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Processing takes 1–2 business days.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us — no surprise charges on delivery.
For the UK, Canada and Australia, local customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes — all orders ship with full tracking. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at no charge provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com within 24–48 hours of placing your order with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
We're sorry if this happens — it's rare but we'll make it right immediately. Email us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs.
Can I return my order?
Yes — orders shipped to the US, UK, Canada and Australia can be returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item is defective.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Our pieces are made from stainless steel, copper or brass, PVD-coated with 18K gold plating, waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Each product page lists its material. Our stainless steel pieces are also hypoallergenic.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. All our pieces, whether stainless steel, copper or brass, are PVD-coated with 18K gold plating, waterproof, tarnish-resistant and made for everyday wear. You can wear them in the shower and through your daily routine. For an even longer-lasting shine, take them off before swimming or workouts.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every piece comes with a 1-year warranty on shine and quality. If you experience any issue within the warranty period, contact us at hello@prettyshimmeringthings.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic and certified skin-safe — gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. Check the material on each product page.

How do I find my ring size?
We use standard international sizing. Here's our ring size guide:
Size 6 — Circumference: 51.8mm | Internal diameter: 16.5mm
Size 7 — Circumference: 54.4mm | Internal diameter: 17.3mm
Size 8 — Circumference: 56.9mm | Internal diameter: 18.1mm
Tips for the best fit:
• Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly larger
• If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort
• Wider bands can feel tighter — consider going one size up for
chunky styles
How do I choose my necklace length?
Here's how our chain lengths sit:

Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Duties are prepaid on every US order, so the total at checkout is what you pay. There are no surprise fees when your package arrives.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 6-10 business days to the US and UK, 7-10 to Australia and 8-12 to Canada. Express takes 4-8 business days to the US and 4-7 to the UK, Canada and Australia.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over $50 (after discount) to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. The $50 threshold applies to your order total after any discounts are applied. Below that, Standard shipping is $9.99 and Express is $14.99 to the US, Canada and Australia or $16.99 to the UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS, and we'll email your tracking link once it ships.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, all through a secure checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Orders to the US, UK, Canada and Australia can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
